Payment for orders

DOGSHOP does not collect your payment data but only a payment identifier and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card to allow you to recognize the card used for payment. All of your bank details are collected only by our PCI-DSS certified payment service providers, which guarantees payment security.
Payment on purchase
When you pay for an order, the card used for payment is kept for the time necessary for the transaction and then for a period of 15 months from payment in order to guarantee proof of the transaction.
The personalization of our services and the messages we send
The data concerning you allows us to improve and personalize the services we offer and the communications we send you. For example: we can send you personalized emails or recommend products similar to those that you have already purchased or viewed and that correspond to your areas of interest.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MINORS
In principle, the Site and the Application are intended for adults capable of contracting obligations in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the User is located.
